If we mention any FastInfo Pay or “We”, “Us”, or “Our”, they will mean the company or FastInfo Pay (fastinfopay.com or mobile applications). Again, “you”, “customer(s)” or “user(s)” will denote the user of fastinfopay.com and its associated mobile applications (iOS & Android) or collectively, we may call it a platform. When the customers use the FastInfo Pay platform, we may collect, store, use, or share information about you (customers/users) according to our “Privacy Policy.” If anybody uses this site, we’ll consider that they have accepted our Privacy Policy, or you may leave our website or the service you expect.

This privacy policy is incorporated in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of this platform.

Accessing service, we may ask you for some personal information to support your service carefully. Your personal data sharing facilitates you to borrow cash from us; and so, we can allow you to lend money from our end. FastInfo Pay never asks you to share any personal information that is not required for allocating a loan to you. Only the minimum data we ask for so that we can proceed with the loan flawlessly. We require data for authentication and further communication with the person who has borrowed money.

Before borrowing money from FastInfo Pay, its partners, or any other third parties associated with this company, it is important that you read, acknowledge, understand, understand, and accept unconditionally to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.

Information for Digital Lending Services

This information helps customers get aided to loans in their account. So, some details and documents are required to be shared with us as per the guidelines of RBI as well as lending partners.

Some information we may collect to offer you the best value-added services, i.e. all services other than the loan facilities or related services,

The Information We Collect About You

The aim of the collection of information from any customer goes to two angles: money lending services and money lending-related additional Value-Added Services. FastInfo Pay may be required to collect, access, and share personal information with its lending partners, banks, or NBFCs tied up with them.

In all such cases, FastInfo Pay will share the information very securely, and we ensure that the data handling policy will comply with the Indian Standard Data Handling Policy or rules. If required, in some special cases, FastInfo Pay may share the data with some third parties, like government agencies, courts, legal investigators, law enforcement departments, and other non-affiliated third parties, or otherwise when permitted by law.

Essential User Information

Some mandatory data collection is required for the disbursement of loans; without which no loan can be allowed. Such information and data include customers’ full name, contact number, email ID, GST information (not always), PAN, permanent address details, postal code, and inter alia. Maybe, all information is not required at a time.

Collecting Social Account Information

FastInfo Pay may be visible on your social media account and may ask you to register or log in through social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and so on. However, the logo in or registration option is available only on mobile Apps. We may collect the social profile information, using an email ID, mobile number, etc. depending on the platform.

The way we use information

We may collect the information in our database till the process ends or you do not delete your account associated with us. When you grab any loan amount from us, we may need to communicate with you from time to time to provide reminders of payment, additional loan offers, and so on. After the completion of the entire process, we do not store your personal information. However, some login ID passwords, etc. may be stored in our database for your easy access to us for a further loan. If you delete or deregister yourself from FastInfo Pay, we’ll have no access to your data.

SMS Information; FastInfo Pay may ask you to share your SMS data sent from us for some special reasons, like OTP sharing and similar other purposes. SMS information may also help you by offering money lending and non-landing services (Value Added Services) essential for you for the time being.

Device Information & Installed App Data

When anybody installs the application, it may collect your device information and ask you to accept our privacy policy. Then, we will access the required data for money lending and security purposes, and some non-lending Value Added Services.

At this time, we may collect device information, and determine which network you are using. It is for the security of getting back the repayment of the loaned amount. Through the domain server of your device, through which the user accesses the application search queries, IP address, cache, and cookies, we may collect data for the improvement of application functionality, feature improvement, and an easy way to access the app. We may also ask you to share diagnostic data to resolve app issues and technical glitches for the overall functionality of the application.

Through the app data, we may collect the metadata, package name, application name, update version code, time, and so on. This data may be collected when the application is not running.

Camera, Location and Microphone Access

We may collect the device’s location, and request camera and microphone access. We may verify or collect your selfie during the digital verification process. The process may also ask you to speak to record your voice. Location access is also mandatory to get a loan approved. The data will be accessed in compliance with the applicable laws.

How we use this information

This may be used to verify the users’ or consumers' identity, photo, and documents. Documents are essential to scan and upload to the application, which will reach us. Through the digital verification of the documents and images of the consumers, instant loans will be allowed. This is the part of consumer/user KYC (Know-Your-Customer). Your voice may be required to meet regulatory compliance.

Your information was collected from third-party

We use data collected from third parties related to PAN or AADHAAR card verification, Voter ID card verification, credit report analysis, and more. By using your provided information, we verify and collect extra information about you from third-party services. We do all of them according to the applicable law and compliance.

We may collect document verification, repayment status, and all other information from NSDL, payment gateway providers, and similar services.

In some cases, we may collect data through the official GSTIN API stack and other relevant websites related to your GST details.

We may also collect the UPI information on behalf of our lending partner to facilitate the loan or repayment. All bank account-related information will be collected and saved as per RBI guidelines.

All this information is collected and saved (if required) strictly to provide you with the loan with the right and accurate account number. It is a part of the service to provide you with flawless, authentic service. The banking account data may be shared with the lending partners to provide you with the service.

You may share your user data by signing up/logging in on our platform (email ID, contact number, etc.) Our platform may store data regarding your login information to ensure your access is fast and flawless. Wherever the data is optional, we try to mark it, and mandatory fields are also mentioned. Please, don’t miss out on the data in the mandatory field to ensure your credibility.

Under no circumstances, we take your biometric data or fingerprint to get any loan amount. If anybody asks by our name, please inform us. You will get the entire service from our online platform, FastInfo Pay. There, you will never be asked to provide a fingerprint for a loan. Contact the Grievance Redressal Officer to get the issue resolved.

Storage of Personal Information

To provide the best lending service to you, we may collect, save, and store your personal information, and login information as per your consent. However, the data we collect is either for faster login or the requirements of lending partners.

Non-Personal Data Collection

There is some related information that we may collect for improving your experience through the customers’ behavior, like their demography, interest, and tendency to avail of the service, from different platforms to understand the interest, protect the account, and improve the service we provide. The information is compiled and analyzed afterward by data experts.

Cookies Policy

Cookies are data files stored on your computer, usually when you access any website, mobile application, social network, and so on. Using the information helps us to understand the tendency of the customers, reactions, and behavior of a customer to a product/service (repeat visit), and so on. If someone repeats any application or its particular section, we understand that this customer is probably a prospective customer. If you choose to opt for the service from our end, our smart application will track your accessing behavior, disputes in accessing, and traffic. Customer behavior analysis helps understand their tendency to take a loan.

Purpose of collection

We will use the data for money-lending securities and non-lending services. We understand the value of your data. Still, they are essential to offer you the requested loan and some Value Added Services. We use the data for the following purposes (but not limited to):

  • Solving the issues you face during and after taking the loan
  • Monitor your service and administer our platform
  • Facilitating the loan instantly and providing added value to you
  • Sending the data to third parties so that we can access some of your financial database and scores of credit or credit report
  • Analyzing the platform you are using, and diagnosing the service related to technical issues and maintenance of the platform
  • Sending communicative notifications, upselling offers if there are any, making a soft call or SMS reminding you of the due dates of your payment, and more.
  • Registered persons may be provided exclusive loan offers with the lowest interest rate
  • Building a good customer-company relationship with you
  • Informing marketing and promotional offers through email, SMS, WhatsApp, and soft calls related to online offers, services, and other updates.
  • We may conduct data analysis to improve the quality of the product or service offered to customers.
  • We may use the user data to determine the country of the customer in order to comply with the laws and regulations.
  • Collecting user information is permitted by law to provide financial services or money lending services

Collecting user information may be essential to resolving disputes and detecting issues with the system or the users. It may also help to prevent illegal activities, suspicious activities, fraudulent transactions, and criminal activities.

Customizing user experience and enforcing terms and conditions

Along with the contact details (phone number) of the party, the contact details of the relatives or nominees may be required. It will be required to be added voluntarily during the loan application. In the event that the user is unavailable, we will communicate with the additional contact number or with the relatives.

We will retain all your basic details, such as name, address, location details, contact information, and all required information that is essential to providing the service for the specific period and meeting legal compliance.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data will be shared with third parties, regulated financial vendors, and partners to get the service you want through the platform. The data sharing will comply with the standard regulations.

Data Retention and Deletion

We at FastInfo Pay promise to protect your personal data and not to share any unauthorized person/ company or third party that may access misuse or disclose the user information to any other party for marketing, promotion, or making any type of annoyance. We only retain users’ personal data to provide a better service experience, support customer service, and detect, prevent, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent activities as well as illegal activities during getting or availing of the service. The personal data that you have shared with us will only be used to track your service and get easy transactional details, agreements, loan repayment, and related services.

Link to Third-Party SDK and Other Sites

The app may have registration with third-party SDKs, Application Programming Interface (API) integrations, and redirections and may collect your data safely on behalf of your service request. Thence, the data might be stored in a secure service. We ensure that wherever data is getting shared from our end will remain 100% secure, and pursue extensive security measures. We ensure your data or information will not create any loss from any end, misuse, or alteration of data as required under the applicable law.

Whatever third-party service providers we use are safe and keep your data safely separated and only access whenever required to meet your demand. Through application-level encryption, the data is stored and protected. They enforce key management services to limit access to the data for any purpose.

Apart from financial transaction-related data sharing, your data may be shared for non-financial/lending purposes like evaluated service, expense tracking, and so on. For all those purposes, we may allow your data to be accessed by third-party service providers. Our website or application may be connected or collaborated with other service providers or their websites. If they access your data, we do not have any regulation over them. Your data will be handled and regulated with their data handling policies. Hence, we are not legally liable for those segments of practices.

Changes in This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to edit, change, modify, add, or remove any terms of this Privacy Policy at any point in time without any prior notification. If any part of the Privacy policy is changed, the same will reflect on this platform. The new Privacy Policy will be implemented as soon as it is posted or published on this platform. Continuation of service after the update will denote your acceptance of the new and changed Privacy Policy.

Data Protection from Employees

We restrict our employee's access to any data shared with our application without any specific communication. However, it is also monitored by the supervisor so that the data does not get breached or shared with any unauthentic source or used for illegal activities. All our employees have to oblige by some discipline regarding data handling procedure or else they are subject to termination.

Compliance and coordination with the regulatory laws

We process your request and follow a data security policy that maintains your privacy and company with the implacable data.

If data transfer is required we never share any sensitive data like the AADHAAR number by any means.

The data protection law in India is strong and elaborate. So, you will get the protection accordingly. Our service complies with the Information Technology Act, of 2000, and the amendments or rules made thereunder.

Rights You Will Have:

Rectifying or modifying your data

At any point in time, you can modify or rectify the data that you have previously saved with us. However, the data must be OTP verified (Mobile Number or Email Address). Obviously, you cannot change some data like the VOTAR ID card number, AADHAAR number, or PAN number.

All your data will be verified by special API and then you will be authenticated that your data is correct and eligible for a loan. You can only change your mobile number or email ID. All other information is constant. However, you can change the residential address verified with any document like an AADHAAR card. Any change of data is acceptable under verification by online application or manual verification, as the case may be.

Delete the App from Your Device

You can delete the app from your mobile anytime but the data will remain in our hands if you have an ongoing loan with us. So, pay all installments before you delete the application. However, it makes no sense if you want to delete the application before completing the repayment.

Denial of consent/ withdrawal of consent

You have learned the details of our data collection and storing policies. If you do not consent to our Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions, you cannot proceed to our service. So, denial or withdraw consent from sharing your data according to our data policy, we will also bar you from accessing our service.

If the consent is already given but withdrawn now, you will also not be able to use our service anymore.

Report an Issue

If you face any issue during the entire process of loan application or sharing your personal information with us, you can contact us or report an issue online.

If you do not want to get communication regarding matters not related to loans and regarding offers, you can mail us or unsubscribe marketing communication except online loan-related communications.

Information/data deletion will not be applicable when you are under any ongoing loan or digital transaction or the loan is not still completely repaid.
